Charm points are frozen

If another user recharges diamonds through a refundable channel such as Google or Visa and then sends those diamonds to you as gifts, the charm points generated from those gifts may be frozen by the system for about 30 days. If the user recharged through USDT or through an authorized recharge agent and then sends gifts, the charm points generated from those gifts will not be frozen.
